Yoga at Klein's Greenhouse
Escape from the Wisconsin winter and head to Klein’s, where I will lead a Vinyasa Flow style class in the toasty, plant-filled greenhouse!

Please bring your own mat or towel! Note that no mat or props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own blocks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows, etc!
What's Vinyasa Flow? It can be an active practice where students use their breath to lead their movement through various asanas. I emphasize safe alignment and a strong foundation to keep you safe, and always encourages her students to do what feels good in their body instead of trying to force any shape.

Klein's Floral & Greenhouses on East Side Madison grows most of its enormous selection of annuals, vegetables, herbs, perennials and shrubs on site. Their retail area stocks a broad selection of soils, mulches, natural & organic fertilizers and pest control, garden gifts, lawn ornaments and pottery; in addition to one of the largest selections of indoor and blooming plants in the area! Klein’s is also one of the oldest full service florists in Madison, serving the entire city and much of Dane County with daily delivery.
In the new year, there is a little more space in the greenhouse than usual, and so it's time for Yoga amongst lush plants in a toasty, glass-walled environment

THE DETAILS:
All dogs involved were rescued and are currently being fostered through Puppers to Love. Most or all will be adoptable at the time of class!! Please consider adopting, fostering or volunteering.
During the class, you can follow along to a Slow Flow with me, a registered yoga teacher OR do your own thing and just love on the pups!
You can also arrive 15 minutes early or hang out as long as you'd like after to enjoy Hidden Cave Cidery's range of nectars and ciders. They also sell bottles for later!
