 Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
 Date: Sept 12th & every 2nd Saturday of the month!
 Cost: $40 per person
 Required: You must be 21 years or older to attend.

• No experience needed!

• Please bring your own mat or towel.

• Follow a Slow Flow or just hang out.
