I lead a Slow Flow at Rescue Puppy Yoga every 2nd Saturday of the month, 11AM-12PM, at Hidden Cave Cidery and in partnership with Puppers to Love Rescue. Majority of the ticket price goes to the pups vet care & foster’s needs.
