Studio Classes & More

Outside of my own custom yoga classes, I regularly teach at two studios and through a third-party company bringing yoga to kids!

  • A spacious room set up for a yoga or meditation class, with yoga mats, blankets, candles, and plants, and a large window with curtains letting in natural light.

    Sukha Somatics

Sukha Somatics is a small yoga studio on Madison’s East Side. The trauma-informed teachers and yoga therapists serve marginalized groups, such as individuals in recovery from addiction, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and beyond. Rachel teaches Restorative and Flow classes 3x/week.

  • Exterior of a yoga studio with large windows displaying the word 'YOGA,' a gray door with a logo and '121,' and flower planters with pink, purple, and white flowers in front.

    Main Street Yoga

Main Street Yoga is run by The Spiritual Life Society non-profit and has three standalone studios in Madison, Stoughton and Oregon. All studios offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings and 1:1 offerings with yoga therapists on staff. I teach and sub online classes through the Oregon location.

  • A young girl and boy are lying on yoga mats on a carpeted floor, with the girl smiling and the boy sleeping. The girl is on a pink mat with butterfly and fox prints, wearing a white sweater and beige bottoms. The boy is on a gray mat with the words 'MINDFUL & CO KIDS' printed on it, dressed in a white long-sleeve shirt and beige pants.

    The Little Yoga Den

The Little Yoga Den is a women-owned company that connects yoga teachers to kids and their families. They currently run yoga classes out of 75+ schools & daycares in 23 states. I am teaching an 8 week series in Verona, WI to 2-5 year olds, adapting yoga to their developmental stages.
