Please bring your own mat or towel! Note that no mat or props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own blocks, straps, bolsters, eye pillows, etc!

What's Vinyasa Flow? It can be an active practice where students use their breath to lead their movement through various asanas. I emphasize safe alignment and a strong foundation to keep you safe, and always encourages her students to do what feels good in their body instead of trying to force any shape.
